Something I forget to add.....very important!! Click on the first bar and select EDIT->SETTINGS FOR CURRENT BAR and make sure you select "0" No harmony on Melody track, and "0" no harmony on Thru. This will ensure that any harmonies carried over from the previous song that you played will be "switched off" before your start your new song. Something else I do..... I always make the 1st bar of the song a "nothing" bar i.e. "C. " and nothing will play. Sometimes it takes BIAB a couple of beats into a new song to set itself up correctly. There's nothing worse than what should be a sax intro come out as bagpipes!  And don't forget to save with ALT F2 Hope this helps someone.
