OP AudioTrack Veteran Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 21,022 Melbourne, Australia	I didn't see this very missing feature in the latest version, but hopefully the team could finally include it in one of the 2018 patches. I very much hope that we wouldn't have to wait another year to have this long standing serious problem resolved. Unless someone can convince me otherwise, it's not a missing feature, it's a major design fault in the program. Nothing less. Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
