TTS-1 is a DXi (not a VSTi synth) and installing it registers in the Windows registry. However, with BIAB/RealBand, you have to make sure you are running the 32-bit version. Although RealBand can load 64-bit VSTi's using jBridge, it cannot load 64-bit DXi's.

If you installed it by way of Sonar of Music Creator, make sure to run the 32-bit version of the installation program (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions can co-exist on the same machine).
