Hola, recientemente he actualizado my BB a 2018, sorprendentemente se me ha instalado directamente en español. El manual BB 2018 que viene en la carpeta "Documentation" está en inglés. Carlos en el mensaje cuyo texto te resalto, indicas que en esa dirección se puede obtener el manual BB 2017, pero lo que se obtiene es la actualización del programa BB2017 al español. Lo que yo quisiera conseguir es sólo el manual BB 2017 en español.

Hola ACA,
La actualización al Español indicada, la misma que resaltaste, crea dos nuevos documentos PDF en la raiz del directorio de instalacion de Band-in-a-Box (por ejemplo C: //bb) Uno de ellos es: BB2017manualES.pdf (Guía del Usuario - versión 2017) que es el manual 2017 completo en Español y el otro es: BB2017UGmanualES.pdf (Guía con las nuevas caracteristicas) los Cuáles conseguirás allí, por lo que no es necesario descargar el manual por separado y no existe esa opcion para descarga del manual separadamente, pero en caso de dificultad o si lo deseas puedes ponerte en contacto con como cliente y solicitarlo directamente a ventas o atencion al cliente.

Hola, recientemente he actualizado my BB a 2018, sorprendentemente se me ha instalado directamente en español.
Esto sucede porque si realizaste la actualización directamente en la misma carpeta de Band in a Box 2017 se han de haber conservado los archivos de configuración de idioma, los cuales serán asumidos por la versión 2018 en su selección de lenguajes disponibles. sin embargo es importante acotar que si bien gran porcentaje de comandos menús y otros componentes de la interfaz del usuario se mantienen idénticos de una versión a otra también es cierto que algunas de las nuevas características de la nueva versión no aparezcan traducidas sino hasta el lanzamiento de la actualización al español para la versión 2018 la cual oportunamente será anunciada al estar lista, esta circunstanca geralmente no conlleva inconvenientes pero aún así hay que estar atentos porque podrían ocurrir errores en algún momento en el funcionamiento del programa debido a conflictos en documentos de configuración no totalmente compatibles. Al ejecutar el fichero espanol2017.exe el sistema me responde lo siguiente: "Su versión BB es muy anterior a la versión 2017 o no está correctamente instalada. Deberá tener BB 2017 para que esta actualización funcione.
El caso es que compré la actualización del BB 2018 procedente del BB 2016. O sea el que tengo actualmente funcionando es el BB 2018 y el manual en español que tengo es el del BB 2015.
Supongo que para tener actualizado el manual al BB 2018 tendré que esperar a que salga la actualización de esta última versión al español.

Después de discutir tu caso en la oficina de soporte de idiomas, tenemos la siguiente información para tu conocimiento y de quienes puedan necesitarla más adelante.
Los clientes de BB2018 pueden instalar el parche de idioma BB2017 que incluye el manual en español.
En BB2018 se implementa "clean up BB folder" "limpieza de carpeta bb", pero el parche de idioma BB2017 no conoce las nuevas ubicaciones de la carpeta, por lo que el parche instalará archivos en ubicaciones más antiguas. Por lo tanto, después de que un cliente instale el parche de idioma 2017, necesita ejecutar la limpieza (Ayuda - Utilidades - Ejecutar rutina de limpieza) en Inglés "Help-Utilities-Run Cleanup routine" para que los archivos instalados por el parche de idioma 2017 se muevan a las ubicaciones correctas.
Esperamos que esta información te sea útil y ayude a resolver el inconveniente.

Saludos, ACA Hola ACA, - El fichero del parche Español 2017 no amerita modificación ya que ha funcionado perfectamente para otros usuarios, y actualmente es el único disponible. Si no te entendi bien al respecto por favor aclaramelo para poder asistirte correctamente. - Has mencionado anteriormente que actualizaste de la versión BB2016 directamente a las BB2018, lo cuál podría ser la causa de que el parche de idioma te pida tener la version 2017 instalada previamente a la instalacion de la 2018. - Por curiosidad quisieramos saber si tuviste alguna dificultad para actualizar dicha version 2016 en Ingles al Español, ya que según indicaste el último manual en Español que tienes es el correspondiente a la versión 2015, eso significa que tambien compraste la versión 2016 en Inglés, la cual también tuvo su parche a Español al salir la actualizacion de idioma, y pues seria interesante saber si con ella tuviste algun inconveniente tambien para actualizarla al Español. Sobre lo que me preguntas:
"Por curiosidad quisieramos saber si tuviste alguna dificultad para actualizar dicha version 2016 en Ingles al Español, ya que según indicaste el último manual en Español que tienes es el correspondiente a la versión 2015, eso significa que tambien compraste la versión 2016 en Inglés, la cual también tuvo su parche a Español al salir la actualizacion de idioma, y pues seria interesante saber si con ella tuviste algun inconveniente tambien para actualizarla al Español."
Te explico: El 5/11/2016 compré por descarga la actualización del BB2015 al 2016 directamente en español. En la descarga se me instaló el manual del 2016 en inglés más el fichero BB2016UGmanualES.pdf en español con las mejoras respecto al BB2015.
Los últimos manuales que tengo son el del BB2018 y BB2016 ambos en inglés.
Como te dije si tengo que esperar a la actualización del 2018 en español para tener el manual actualizado en español, pues nada esperaremos.
