Use F5 (bar settings), to set the number of beats per bar. You will need to set bar 8 to 6 beats and bar 9 back to 4 beats. How this works with your choice of instruments may or may not do the job.

The usual way that songs add these 6 beats is to use a 4 beat bar and then a 2 beat bar. Thus inserting a bar between bars 8 and 9, and then setting the new bar 9 to 2 beats (and the new bar 10 to 4 beats) will probably also be worth trying.
