No direct way to run any VSTi in BIAB which is dependent upon the time\rhythm parameters.
I'm assuming I could do the same thing in BB I do in RB. I use the Strike drum VSTi, but you can probably use any drum/sampler type VSTi that will let you loop. Then just insert the notes where you want to trigger it. Just make sure to insert enough triggers to make sure it doesn't lose sync. Your are welcome to try. But I will warn you. Others have come and gone before you and no full solution to implementing any syncing with a drum type VSTi has happened. It literally has driven some MAD and never to be seen again. [Oh, the drama of it all....]
