The Crooners Big Band Real Track set 236 shows up as N/A in the Real Tracks list even after installing the .exe file 3 times.
Any ideas?

A few questions.
What's the exact name of the exe file you used?
Do they show in the StylePicker at all?
If you reinstalled these RealTracks after installing BiaB, did you run BB_Cleanup?
What version of BiaB are you running?

Another thing to try;
even though it shows N/A, what happens if you try to use it anyway?
I've seen times when N/A didn't mean what I assumed it meant.
It should have meant what I thought (IMO) but I was still able to use it.
I dunno why.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

They show in stylepicker as N/A from set 236.
I checked as I installed the 236-240.exe file again - it appears only Background CroonerBigBand9-Part Sw 110 gets installed.
The stylepicker shows trumpets and saxes in set 236 but they aren't installed. Wonder what installer has it?
I'd attach screen shots but not sure you can here.

Checked in explorer - folder is not there - so, not installed.
It appears to be the one track horn sections:
RT 2595,2596,2597,2598,2599,2601,2602 and 2662.

Tom, If you purchased the UltraPak, try this... Log-in into your personal PG Music Sales site. Once there go to 'My Products' and, if you scroll down a bit, you will find all the RT sets of your 2018 purchase listed and available for download. I suggest you re-download the troublesome set and try running it manually. Should the 2018 sets of Realtracks not be present on your site, this means that you simply need to register your program with PG Music. Once that's done (it take about 60 seconds to register), the downloads will appear. Regards, Noel

This set gave me issues also. .
Personally, I found I had a bunch of copies of the same files in those folders.
Probably from installing multiple times.
So I deleted the RT folders for that set and re-installed.
The folder's content looked better then, but I still had a few RTs saying N/A in the RT picker.
Yet if I selected them, they worked .. just mentioning this, since the same set of RTs gave me weird issues.
I will preface this (after the fact) that I participated in Beta testing and may have had beta type files cached/installed, which could compound my specific issue.
But '236' did ring a bell.

RT2595 is definitely in RealTracks Set 236. - Check in your RealTracks Preferences to make sure the "Custom folder location" is what you expect. (e.g. should be unset if you are running Band-in-a-Box from the external hard drive it shipped on) - If you installed it using an older installer, run the cleanup utility (Help | Utilities | Run Cleanup) to get the files where BB2018 expects them.
