Is anyone having problems installing realtracks and having the complete set, I have install and install but can't manage to get the following to install properly.
RealTracks sets in E:\bb\RealTracks\ : 228- Modern Pop with Zane Carney, 230- Surf Rock!, 231- Retro Synths and Modern R 'n' B, 235- Punk!, 236- Crooner Big Band Horns!, 237- Jon Herington Jazz-Rock Guitar, 239- Great Funk Bass with Alex Al, 241- Swingin' Funk!, 243- Blues Baritone and Resonator Guitars, 244- Jazz Background Horns with Jack Stafford, 246- Country Bent-Note Piano with John Jarvis, 248- Oberkrainer! Folk Music From the Alps, 249- Old Time Folk, 252- Modern Country Pedal Steel, 255- Amazing Modern Pedal Steel, 256- Brent Mason Nylon Guitar, 257- A Taste of Peru, 258- Latin America, 259- Old Time and Celtic, 260- Celtic Harp, 261- Sounds of Hawaii, 263- Songwriter's Guitar and Cello Toolkit, 264- Crooner Bossa Big Band!, 265- Crooner Ballad Big Band!, 266- Jazz & Funk Potpourri, 267- More Blues: Blues with Brent and Mike, 268- Gypsy: Accordion, Piano and Guitar, 269- Smooth Soul with Brent and Mike, 270- Modern Pop Waltz with Zane Carney, 271- House and More, 272- Rap and Hip Hop, 273- Hard Rock Shuffle, 274- Hard Rock Straight Ahead. No one at Pgmusic seems to be able to resolve this problems. I am look for any other solution.

Some questions that we need to know the answer to...
1. What version of BIAB did you purchase? (ProPak, MegaPak, PlusPak, UltraPak)
2. Are you installing the Realtracks from a USB drive?
3. If you are not installing the Realtracks from a USB drive, did you use PG Music's installer or are you installing individual sets from their EXE files?

The version is 2018, audiophile everything pak USB hard disc and I have used the PGmusic installer about 4 times but those specific tracks won't install though I see then names pass as the installer is processing. I do get a message of all the realtracks with "errors" in them in a list form though.

Are you installing the whole package to your local hard drive, or are you running the RealTracks from the USB drive?
Have you tried running BIAB from the USB drive to see if it works there?
Perhaps there is some corruption on the USB drive. As best as I can tell, the "installation" program just copies of the files from the USB drive to your local drive using standard Windows copying. If there is an error doing say, then I suspect there is a problem with either the source files or the destination hard drive.

Also....
I have the Audiophile version and it's possible to install a compressed version of BIAB on your hard drive.
Is this the option that you're using?
That's what I do. I install the compressed version on my hard drive and then when I want to use the uncompressed files, I plug in the USB drive and redirect BIAB to use the Realtracks and Realdrums on my USB drive.
If you're trying to install all the uncompressed files on the hard drive, do you have enough space? Uncompressed files take a lot of room.

I have tried both the compression and the audiophile each time the same files show up missing and as I have said they read out on the installation but once it is finished they are not seen. And it is always the same files.

This most strange... How much free space do you have on your E: drive? (Where \bb is located. Am I correct in assuming that this is on of your internal computer drives?) To double-check what Windows sees as free space, right-click on the drive letter in Windows Explorer and select 'Properties'. Lastly, navigate to the \bb folder on your USB Audiophile drive and start the file "Band-in-a-box.exe". Once BIAB loads, check to see if the missing sets of Realtracks load ok. I do get a message of all the realtracks with "errors" in them in a list form though. Open the RealTracks Preferences dialog in Band-in-a-Box and check the "custom folder location" setting. If you are running Band-in-a-Box from the external hard drive that it shipped on, the custom folder would normally be unset, since you want to use the RealTracks folder in it's default location. If you installed Band-in-a-Box onto your computer hard drive, you might have chosen the setup option that installs all of files except for the RealTracks folder. In this case you'll want to set your custom folder location to the external hard drive, e.g. E:\bb\RealTracks if the Band-in-a-Box hard drive is E:. Having done that, open the RealTracks Picker and see if there are any RealTracks listed as N/A. Are any that are marked as "N/A (ST2 not found)" or "N/A (RT Folder)"?
