I am trying to get the cymbal sound when the bell of the cymbal is hit. There is no sound like that in real drums I can seem to create.
Also, I am trying to get 8 of these per measure for a full song. I tried with one measure then copy and paste, but that didn't work. It is way to inaccurate to fall right on the beat.
Any advice is appreciated!

When I need something that specific I go to +++ Freesound.org +++ or just do a web search for cymbal bell sample or cymbal bell hit. Maybe +++ this +++ or +++ this +++ can be useful to you. You'll still have to cut and paste. You might find that you can use one one sample, play it four times in a step sequencer to get quarter beats, copy the four quarter beats then paste ahead an eighth note to get eight beats per measure. Record the step sequence audio, provide tempo information and make the audio a loop. Then you can make tempo adjustments as needed.

A method could be download the sound as Jim says create a simple .sfz file then add the notes using notation. Sounds complicated but it is not. Some time back I posted a sample .sfz file. In this case you only need one line but that would be very mechanical all notes would sound the same. I would have several lines to have slightly different notes. Sforzando can be used to play back the samples.

Above is a part of a .sfz. In this case my Telecaster with new strings. It shows where to find the sample. The note used to play the sample (upper and lower keys used where the one sample is used for different notes. Tune is adjusting the note slightly. You just type (or edit) the lines in Notepad and save it as a .sfz. I don't use Sforzando so I am not sure if it is easy there to adjust the velocity. I use Dimension Pro and it becomes simple to adjust the velocity giving a more realistic sound.
