PG Music offers Xtra Style Paks. These use existing RealTracks that you will have since you have an Ultra Pak.
The styles are extra and something they started a couple of years ago. In addition, they also offer the 49 Pak and other bonus paks (some included, some not) with releases.
The ones you are missing are probably from the Xtra Styles.
