RealStyles are selected and named groupings of RealTracks.
From the BIAB Help, technically the definition is more broad: These are Band-in-a-Box styles (.STY) that have at least one RealTrack.
In practice, by this point with so many RealTracks available, I think we consider RealStyles to mean a group of tracks in which most if not all are RealTracks, but that's just my opinion.
