I'm confused. You said that "RB 2018" is having problems, then say "Real Band" is working fine.
Anyway...
I would first look at your ASIO settings; perhaps switch temporarily to MME, then back to ASIO. That sometimes solves the problem.
I would also probably delete (or rename) RealBand.cfg and RB.INI (with RealBand closed), which basically returns everything back to default settings. You'll have to set up your sound card and RT/RD folder locations again, but this sometimes helps as well.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
