The only manufacturer that I know of who exports chords is Yamaha in XG/XF Format. There IS free software available that will take a GM midi file and export the chords in XF format, but the file has to be played back on a Yamaha Keyboard etc.
I forget the name of the software, but a quick search for converting GM to XF format should locate it.
