I'll try to avoid saying what others have - the music sounds "live" - and just say that everything just works. As J&B mentioned, the vocals have a lot to do with that. Nice. Yes, this has a very "live" feel.
Your vocal is really vivid.
As Robert said, the simple arrangement lets your fine lyrics shine - and to my ears brings a bit more emotion out in the chorus.
