There is a setting on the "Soloist" window for the melody to influence the solo that is generated, but I'm pretty sure this only applies to MIDI soloists only.
I think it would be better if PGMusic identified which features were MIDI-only, RealTracks-only, or both, and then indicated that by either greying out the choice or otherwise indicating the capabilities of the feature if you choose one or the other so as to avoid this kind of confusion.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track.
