Ron, On the very bottom, left corner of Realtrack picker there's an option to "Show Realtracks that are N/A". It sounds like this is active on your system. With future upgrades, make a note of what Realtrack numbers (or sets of Realtracks) come with the upgrade. It's then very easy to check these. Also, if you log-in into your sales account, go to My Products and scroll down a bit, you'll find all the sets of Realtracks that you've purchased. Hope this helps, Noel
