When you solo the audio track while the song is playing, can you hear just the sax?
Lastly...please give step by step instructions on exactly how you export the audio track as a wav. I need to try and repeat what you are doing.

P.S. Also, try changing your audio driver to MME if it is not already set to that. (Audio | Audio drivers/settings)
P.P.S Another thought.... under Midi Drivers, do you have Coyote WT as your VSTi/DXi installed?
