Yeah!!!! This is great, guys!
Robert, as always interesting lyrics! And maybe your best vocal yet.
And I'm digging the guitar work from Scott, perfect.
I always enjoy the projects you two work on together, they are always top notch in my book, well done! Dave, Thanks very much. I enjoyed letting loose a bit on the vocals and working with Scott is a pleasure... as long as I can keep up because he fires his guitar parts back to me before I can blink! Robert Wow - what a tune! I really liked the general sound of this one. It's got an excellent groove and guitar work, and excellent vocals that match it perfectly. It has a haunting feeling to, and I loved how at the chords it picks up in energy. The whole thing is interesting the entire way through, and really drew me in. You nailed it - thanks for sharing Deryk, Thanks for your listen and positive review! Robert Ohhh... it's those kind of sirens.
Nice work. Yes, they`re very different, except both kinds usually spell trouble! Thanks for your listen.

Excellent collaboration.
Great expressive guitar as we've come to expect from Scott. First time I've heard one of Robert's songs, but well impressed. Enjoyed it so much that I played it twice.

Hello, Robert and Scott
I think that the amazing atmosphere is so well expressed. It is not Lorelei but Odyssey. Your vocals are perfect for this song. Guitar solo is wonderful. Guitar phrases are really beautiful. Vocal loops and percussion are also very effective. Enjoyed my listen a lot.
Best regards.

What did you use for the intro, we hear female voices? Very different, but in a good way. We also detect some Brian Ferry in your vocal (again). And of course you can't go wrong with that! Love Scott's guitar work!

So where's the accompanying light show? Trippy in a very good sense and anchored by a great write with wonderful playing and vocals. Just the right edge to make me want to listen again to some of the best from '66-68. IMO, there was some really great music during that era that tends to get lost within all the not so good stuff. This sounds to me like a cut from the best of the best. This is memorable guys. Congratulations. A beat era lyric with a bit of folk/psychedelia backing-- how cool. J&B (Most B as J was a child during the time I allude to )

An outstanding song, embraced by amazing lyrics.
This is a showstopper.
The accompanying guitar work is excellent, and you have collaborated to deliver a remarkable piece of music overall.
I`m glad you enjoyed our collaboration - thanks for the very positive review! Robert & Scott,
Wonderful job on this. Such interesting music in all regards.
Some of the lyric references are outside my knowledge scope, but still interesting. Nice vocals
Scott - your guitar work on this is excellent. Very musical.
Nice use of loops. And nice mix.
Really enjoyed listening to this...
fj Floyd, I mixed this after reading your DRUMS UP! post, so I hope you heard them. I enjoy hearing strange names or references in lyrics that make me do a double take... no Greek mythology lesson intended on this one! Thank you for your ever attentive listen and good feedback. Robert

Another great collab guys! Scott always throws down some fine guitar and I really like that chorus....it has such a cool sound! Thanks, Torrey Thanks Torrey. Love taking part in these collaborations. Very nice collaboration. I love it! From the short time I've been listening here I'm finding that the collabs seem to be the most fun and talent driven. Getting those brains together! Thanks for checking out the song. I was guite nervous at first when I started but I am so glad I jumped in but this is such a great group of people. Learned so much and so gained so much enjoyment from the music.. Of all of the songs in the world, the WHOLE world, that use "Calliope Terpsichore" this one is my favorite! Seriously, those are some amazing lyrics to have to write and put a melody to. Well done!
Cool song in my book! Thanks for sharing it.
Thanks for checking out the song. Got a chuckle from your comment. Hi Robert and Scott. I really gotta try those vocal loops. Robert your lyrics are always so interesting and different. Love this one. And Scott’s guitar is fantastic. Well done, Thanks Joanne Look forward to hearing your FAWN 2018 songs

The thing that strikes me the most here is the interesting chord choices. Some fine guitar work and vocal supporting an unusual set of lyrics. This is not your everyday type of song but one that challenges the listener to take a journey. I took the ride and enjoyed it! Good collab, Tom

Tales of Brave Ulysses is still one of my favourite Cream songs so I set about to write another version! Sorry, no lightshow included with BiaB yet. Thanks for your kind comments. Robert

This is a great tune IMO. I love the overall vibe and it's really well mixed.
Super nice lyrical images.
I'm not sure about the Christian speaking in tongues image mixed in with otherwise classical pantheon imagry. But this is a very small thing. It's fine actually. I'm just wondering if you might find a stronger image?
The vocals and guitar work are good and really fit.
Nice job guys,
Ian

Ian, Thank you for your listen and thoughtful comments - I`m especially glad you liked the mix. I remember thinking that speaking in tongues line could be interpreted as a Christian reference, though it has meaning in many cultures... but then my research was limited to looking at the painting! Great job guys. David, I get the Rush reference ( remembering you are a big fan) - this was probably more influenced by the Pete Brown/Jack Bruce Cream songs I still think are right up there. Many thanks for listening and commenting. Robert
