Not there, that's the piano track and populated and overwritten by the style.

You want to enter notes on the Soloist track. That does not erase itself. You also have the option of selecting a harmony, and having it written to the soloist track.

It's a learning curve, but worth it at the end.

The piano track regenerates every time you press play. And it's usually chords and comping. If you right click a track you can silence it. You right click the P track and you turn it red it will then not play the notes in there.
