For us this harkens back to that golden period of Strait, Jackson and Chesnutt — maybe a bit further to Gosdin.
It has a live “small venue” feel to it that enhances the “tears in your beer” lyric. It’s very easy to visualize the story.
And the band is fine - both your performances and the BiaB guys.
We enjoyed it.
