Hi
When you are in the notation screen:
Having chosen which track you want notation from , say melody,strings, etc.
It tells you which instrument is assigned to that track.at the start of the track. This is what you are seeing.
In you case it is a rock organ,
To remove or change this, in the mixer by selecting your midi instrument for that track.
Click on the down arrow at the RH end of the track you are working on
Click select midi patch, in the new box that pops out select no midi patch or choose a midi patch.
