Hi, Riccled. The song was nicely done, and I listened to it a couple of times. Your voice reminds me a lot of Burt Bacharach.  I hope you don't mind a couple of suggestions. First, the instruments need to be much louder - especially the drums. Except for the places where the synth kicked in, the instruments were far too quiet. Second, the vocal falls out of rhythm with the drums in various places, such as "Trying to escape" at 1:12 or "Just my bitter pill" at 1:50. If - like me - you find you're missing the beat but don't want to re-record the vocal, you might be able to go into your DAW, slice the vocal into segments, and then slide the late parts so they land on the beat. Looking at the .wav file relative to the MIDI grid makes it easy to see timing errors. Thanks for posting!
