Have you tried turning the natural arrangement on in song settings, then saving the settings as your default template to see if that keeps it turned on? Just a thought. Save Song as Default Template
This will save the song as $OPTIONS.SEQ so that the song will be loaded automatically whenever starting a new song with the File | New command.
