The PGMusic products are DX, not VST, and should have reinstalled when youreinstalled BIAB. If you have an external USB from PGMusic, everything they provide should reinstall, unless you tell it not to. If you are using downloadable files from your PGMusic account, the installers should be included there as well, but some may be bundled into one of the main installers.

Any VST/VSTi would also have to be reinstalled (for those that register their license on you computer) or copied from their previous location (which may or may not be available to you unless you had a good backup or image of your crashed computer.
