Hi All, Here's a song for a recently departed family member... This is called Goodnight Meko. This song is so sad, yet filled with happiness at the nostalgia. It had a genuine ache to it. A really lovely tribute to a family friend.

Wow - this is absolutely stunning, Robert. It is all too common you hear people downplay the effect a pet has in a household, but they are most definitely a member of the family. I've lost pets too, and have felt how devastating it can be. This is a wonderful tribute, and really touched me. The song comes straight from the heart, and it is easy to tell that. You should be very proud of this one - thanks for sharing with us
