Hi,
Did you render the song as an audio file and load that into the phone, or did you send the Band-in-a-Box song file (MGU or SGU)?
Your phone will require an audio file, like WAV or MP3. Assuming you're using a recent version of Band-in-a-Box, you should find an "Export Song as Audio", or "Render Song to Audio File" command in the Audio menu.
