It's the way the program operates. BIAB's automatic endings use predetermined chords and these are set.

If you want to override these chords, it's necessary to disable the automatic ending using "Song Settings" and then to create your own ending manually.

In relation to the above, it sounds like "intro" is being used with two meanings -- that is, the intro that you've created and also the 4 seconds silence at the beginning. Is it these 4 seconds that you are trying to eliminate?
