John, One other thought... Sometimes when things go wrong, re-installing the most recent update has been known to correct the problem. With this in mind and if none of the above helps... 1. go to the link below http://www.pgmusic.com/support_windowsupdates.htm2. download build 516 3. close BIAB 4. right-click on the exe for build 516 and select "Run as administrator" 5. check the paths of the installation process when you get to that screen 6. start BIAB Any joy yet?
