The issue is likely an issue with the RealTracks support files. If so PG Music likely can fix the issue once the issue is identified.

You can help PG Music by helping them to find the issue. When you hear the unwanted 7th chord, freeze all the tracks and save the SGU/MGU file. Email the song file along with a description of the issue (bar 16, chord 3 is a "F" but the piano plays "F7" for example) to: support@pgmusic.com.

Frozen tracks do not regenerate so PG Music Support will hear the same thing you heard. Your description will guide them to the exact bar where the error happens. Then they can look at what the RealTracks support files told the program to do. Finally they can change the support file to have the program select an alternate "F" chord that is more appropriate.
