#Hot100 Here is a song I wrote in for the Top 100 challenge. This is the inspiration I felt after reviewing the present songs on the Top 100 billboard chart. https://soundcloud.com/countryjammer/the-hundred The song is title is " The Hundred " I used band in the box 2018 style (Hankps1.med country sw8) 539 bass, electric, Pop sw 120 528 Guitar, Acoustic, Fingerpicking hank sw real drums-Nashville swing 8 327 Guitar, Acoustic strumming Hank sw 320 Pedal steel, background Hank Mixed bb , vocals and variax thru Line 6 Spider Jam amp. Bear in mind I am a songwriter...not a vocalist. " The Hundred " (Chorus:)I was lookin' for inspiration..driftin' through the chart Hopin' to find a song that that could speak to my heart Somethin' I could lean on, come up with a number one But out of today's top one hundred, I couldn't make one my own Today's country song's don't hang like they used to The old ones played ten years and still sounded brand new Like a lit cigarette on a rough and windy day Fired up for a minute, then they all burn away (Chorus:) and so on and such and such...... Good solid Country tune, all the elements that make up a country song are here. I could sing that with my guitar and have a blast!!!!

Really nice work on this one I'd personally turn up the vocals a touch - but aside from that, everything is on point Your vocal tone is perfectly suited for this type of music. It comes across as very natural. Some interesting lyrics to boot! Nice job - can't wait to hear more from you. Thanks for sharing
