1st) Yes you can use sounds you find on the internet in Sforzando. You insert the player into the first plug-ins slot in the Band-in-a-Box track. You will need to look at the Mac users manual for directions to insert a plug-in. If you are not familiar with using Sforzando, the latest version and user manual are available for download +++ HERE +++

2nd) Not likely because MIDI is data while RealTracks are audio. MIDI data is embedded into most RealTracks to support notation but the midi data may not contain all the information needed to playback properly. RealTracks are audio phrases that occur at the most every quarter note while midi data can occur hundreds or thousands of times a bar.
