Look up "section paragraph" in the user manual for more information, but basically your problem is that the shortest "section" that can be displayed is two bars. Since you are trying to display only one bar, it doesn't do it.
You might want to put in a wish list item to allow for a one-bar section, but currently that's just the way it works.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
