I know you are not a BIAB user but in there you simply add a tempo change with F5 bar settings at the last bar in the song before the auto ending if present.this will slow your last bar played and the ending.

In Realband I think you should be able to do this with the tempo map. insert.
Much will depend on how long (many bars) you consider as the ending .

For Sultans of Swing my main tempo for the song was135 I dropped this to 120 at the last played by me bar and the auto 2 bar ending.
You may want a longer on droping down in steps of say 5-10 over a few bars depending on the song.
