This is excellent modern country with a touch of The Beatles.
Your vocal is very strong, the lyrics are great and the backing tracks bring it all together.

Really well done, Elliott  Very catchy, with a great groove and strong vocals. The kind of tune that gets my foot tapping right away, and it is definitely an ear worm! A really good example of well-executed modern country. Nice work, and thanks for sharing!

Very interesting observation.
I am a huge Beatles fan, and very influenced by their music, but I wrote this song as a country tune without any conscious thought of the Beatles.
I blame it all on my roots .... lol

Yes, this is the early Beatles.
As Joe says, this sounds fantastic! Vocals are mixed well and the drum fills are very punchy.
The guitar riff that appears many times is really nice.
It works very well as a spice and an accent for this song.
Enjoyed my listen lot.

Which artist should pitch this song to? If I were thinking of pitching this toward any popular country artist today I would elevate the production to a professional grade demo in order to be competitive with the other material that will pitched. There's a lot of competition and every artist and producer already have a long list of go to writers when they start a project. I went back and listened to your song with the idea to who would be a good match to pitch the song to make a professional, studio quality, full featured demo. I'd recommend Joe Gilder for two reasons. First, I think Joe is a good fit for this particular song and although Joe is technically a home studio recordist, he's first class and can produce top studio grade demos. He's based in Nashville and knows the market. Second, your demo will be charted and recorded with actual Nashville session musicians focused toward a production that's specific toward the modern country sound. (One of Joe's team members is actually a BIAB RealTrack artist ) Here's a link to one of Joe's originals to give you an idea of what to expect he can do for your song and also so you can judge the difference you'll be getting to increase your competitive opportunities when you pitch your song. To comment on your production of the song. It has very catchy lyrics, a good melody and is a good mix, production and performance. I've enjoyed my listen and have gone back to listen several times so far. This is a good song.

With Band-in-a-Box® 2026, we've released 202 incredible new RealTracks (in sets 468-488) in a variety of genres—featuring your most requested styles!
Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums). There are new “smooth jazz” styles (4), which include a RealTracks first: muted trumpet, as well as slick new smooth jazz brushes options for drums. Blues lovers will be thrilled—there are more “classic acoustic blues” styles, including guitar (5), bass (4), and drums (10) with blues master Colin Linden, featuring understated and tasty background acoustic soloing, plus brushes drums and acoustic bass. There are also new electric blues RealTracks, including electric blues with PG favorite Johnny Hiland (3) and soulful electric slide guitar from Colin Linden (4). There is also a potpourri (14) of bouzouki, guitars, banjo, and more, perfect for adding texture and character to contemporary acoustic arrangements. We’ve added funky country guitar (5) with PG favorite Brent Mason, along with classic pedal steel styles (5) featuring steel great Doug Jernigan. There are more country songwriter styles (8) that provide intimate, rootsy foundations for storytelling and modern Americana writing.
