BIAB's notation editor is designed for creation of lead sheets. And for those, it does a great job.

What you are doing is sophisticated by comparison and beyond BIAB's design. While it's possible (to some extent) to develop some work arounds, for notating orchestrally, it would be best to export a midi file, or maybe an XML file, and load it into fully-fledged notation software.

I use MuseScore. It's free and there are a number of video clips on Youtube on how to use it. Once you get the hang of how it works, MuseScore excellent. Like most things musical, though, there is a bit of a learning curve associated with gaining understanding.
