Hi Dougster, Something you could try first is try to... 1. close BIAB 2. rename "intrface.bbw" to "intrface.bbw.old" (notice there is no 'e' in the file's name 3. rename "mysetup.dk" to "mysetup.dk.old" 4. start BIAB The above renaming will force BIAB to create new versions of these files that contain settings. It is the ultimate version of "return to factory settings". The files are found in \bb\Preferences Regards, Noel
