Ok. I can see where that could be a problem. Try using F5 and changing the key signature at the measure at the beginning of the transposition. Also use F5 later to change it back if needed. Then using the chord builder in that area should make more sense. I’m assuming this question is about enharmonics, ie why does an Eb7 appear as a D#7. If that’s not it, could you give us more detail?
