Hi Matt,
The wish relates to this thread.
http://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=474828#Post474828When I try changing the key mid-song using F5 (C major originally and D major later on in the song) and I then go into chord builder in the D major section, the chords presented in the "Chord Theory" section of chord builder are still related to C major and not D major.
This problem arises in another way, too...
In BIAB, when in normal chord entry mode, it's possible to type 1 <enter> on the chordsheet (for the tonic major), 2m <enter> (for supertonic minor), etc., and BIAB will enter C, Dm if the key is set to C in the opening key dialogue, then if I move the cursor to the D major section and type 1 <enter>, I still get C instead of D.
As I mention in the thread above, its seems that BIAB bases its musical calculations on the original, set key and does not adjust when key changes occur within the song.
I hope this makes sense.
Regards,
Noel
