I don't think so, including in version 2010.
Unless someone finds an option for this, you should head over to the Wishlist.
I often write those 'reminder' natural signs in my parts, especially after a long rest (not good when the lead player comes roaring in on a wrong note) but it would be very nice if we had an option for using or not using the reminder.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
