Hallo,
Ich kann nirgends finden wie hoch die Versandkosten für die BB 2010 (Ultra Plus Pack) DVDs bzw. Festplatte sind für Lieferung nach Österreich.
Ausserdem: Kommt da nicht auch noch Zoll dazu? Wie hoch belauft sich der, wie wird das berechnet?
Wie lange dauert so eine Lieferung nach Österreich / Deutschland zirka?
Gibt es keine Möglichkeit mehr alles runterzuladen. Ich weiss schon, dass das jetzt 80 GB sind, aber die 40 GB vom Vorjahr hatte ich auch in nicht mal 2 Tagen runtergeladen.
Ausserdem habe ich auch festegestellt, dass auf der Übersichtspage für 2010 der Preis für die Ultrapack 129 Dollar beträgt, wenn ich dann auf kaufen klicken sinds plötzlich 139,-. Seltsam. Sind da schon versankosten dabei?

Hallo Sandra, ein paar Infos zu Versandkosten finden sich -> hier und auf den Sales FAQ. Zollgebühren müssten über die landesspezifischen Zoll-Webseiten zu erfahren sein. Um Zollgebühren wird man im Allgemeinen nicht herumkommen; sie liegen vermutlich und hoffentlich unter dem, was man in einem Geschäft für eine externe HD ausgeben müsste, die in jedem Fall sinnvoll für ein geeignetes Datenbackup ist.

die Sache mit dem Versand von HD`s klingt auf den PGM Seiten viel besser, als sie tatsächlich ist.
Peter Gannon schreibt im Forum "...the convenience of the Hard Drive, for $40 more." für z.B. das UltraPack upgrade.
In den FAQ und im Shop gehen die Angaben zur electronic delivery dagegen ziemlich auseinander.
Da steht in den FAQ's :
"5. Are all of your products available for download (electronic delivery)?
All PG Music software is available for immediate download when you order online, and you will have the option of downloading your software even if you choose a physical shipping method."
und
"7. If I choose to download the program, will I still get shipped a hard copy of the software and documentation?
If you would like to receive a physical copy of the software and printed documentation, just choose one of the shipping options available, and not electronic delivery. You will still be able to download the program, but you will also receive your order by the shipping method you selected."
Im Shop ist allerdings für z.B. das ultra pack Upgrade keine Möglichkeit der "electronic delivery" ohne HD Versand aufgeführt.
Warum kann man nicht mehr online bestellen und die Software dann einfach runterladen? - Ohne, dass mir zusätzlich, ob ich will oder nicht, noch eine Festplatte ins Haus geschickt wird? Wenn man 10GB,20GB, 40GB herunterladen kann, dann doch wohl auch 80 GB.
Wozu für $25 shippping cost und $xy (40?) Aufpreis eine Festplatte um die Halbe Erde schicken, die ich überhaupt nicht brauche. HD's gibt es auch in Europa - und in meinem Fall hätten sie noch genügend Kapazität für ein BIAB/RB Upgrade.
Für mich stellt die Einschränkung der Vertriebsvariante online delivery ein Rückschritt dar und die "...convenience of the Hard Drive..." besteht vielleicht für PGM (wie auch immer?) - nicht jedoch für mich als Kunde.
Erwäge, ob ich nicht nur die Programme Upgrade und für die Zukunft auf Features wie RealBand, Realdrums etc. verzichte.
Mir persönlich wäre die Downloadmöglichkeit viel lieber als der Versand einer Harddisk.

Peter Gannon hat für ein Upgrade der UltraPlus 2009.5 auf die UltraPlus 2010 Version heute eine -> Bestellmöglichkeit für $99 mit ausschließlichem Download und zugesendeten DVDs zur Verfügung gestellt. In einem anderen Beitrag hat er Jim Chandler zitiert: "Just to confirm Ma'am, you're sure you want the Lexus assemble-it-yourself kit, rather than the finished factory model?" Die $99 Option steht nicht Online zur Verfügung und kann lediglich telefonisch oder via E-Mail bestellt werden.

Liebe Leute von Band-In-A-Box,
dickes Lob für das Programm. Ich bin Hobby-Musiker und benutze es schon seit den 80ern. Damals noch mit Atari - waren das Zeiten!
Im Moment gibt es tolle Angebote mit Festplatte - nur scheint mir der Postversand nicht so einfach zu sein (Zoll/Porto).
Gibt es vielleicht eine Möglichkeit, auch über den deutschen Vertrieb 'M3C' so schöne Weihnachtsspecials anzubieten (Updates mit Festplatte)? Das wäre toll :-)
Meine letzte Version ist die 'SUPR89 Band-in-a-Box 2008.5 SuperPAK '

Auch ich bin kurz davor direkt in den USA zu bestellen.
Ich möchte gerne das Biab 2010 Mega Pak bestellen. wenn ich es richtig gelesen habe würde der Versand 10 USDollar ausmachen.
Der Preis für die Software ist bei 199 USDollar. Bei dem jetzigen Euro-Kurs wäre das noch recht günstig. Aber wie hoch ist ca. der Zoll-Preis? Kommt evtl. irgendwas anderes hinzu?

Laut PCWelt verlangt der Zoll für PCs und Hardwarekomponenten keine Einfuhrgebühren; es werden lediglich 19% Einfuhrumsatzsteuer auf den Gesamtwert erhoben, also auf Warenwert plus Shipping. Bei einem Warenwert unter EUR 22 entfällt auch die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer.

Solche Fragen müssen mit M3C direkt besprochen werden - PG Music und M3C sind nun mal unabhängige Firmen.
PS: Ich bin weder mit PG Music noch mit M3C in irgendeiner Weise affiliiert ...

Nun, nachdem ich gleich kurz nach dem release von BB2010 gedownloaded habe, hier ein Tipp:
Zwar gibt es im Shopsystem keine Möglichkeit den e-download zu wählen. Man muss sich für die DVDs oder die Harddisk entscheiden. Wählt vorsichtshalber die DVDs und klickt euch weiterbis zur Bezahlseite. Ganz am Ende erst kann man in einem Drowpdownmenü den Eintrag (ist eh voreingestellt) "e-delivery" wählen. Ihr bekommt dann einen Link via email zugesendet und könnt sofort mit dem downloaden beginnen. Der Download Link gilt 7 Tage. Falls ihrs in der zeit nicht schafft alles downzuloaden, mail an den PG Support, eure zeit wird mit Sicherheit um einige Tage verlängert werden.
Eine schnelle Breitbandverbindung solltet ihr dennoch haben.
Hin und wieder sind ein paar sogenannte "korrupte files" dabei, dies bedeutet, dass die eine oder andere file nicht richtig runtergeladen wurde. Ladet sie so oft runter bis die installation dieser file hinhaut. Wenns nach 4-5 versuchen noch immer nicht geht, mailt an PGmusic Support, die schicken dann eine neu file und die funktioniert dann auch.
Warum der e-delivery nicht gleich im Shop auswählbar ist weiß Gott alleine.

Hallo!
Ich überlege die audiophile version 2010 für 499§ zu bestellen. Weiß jemand mit welchen Zusatzkosten ich tatsächlich rechen muss?
(Einfuhrgebühr) Wenn diese sich nach dem Warenwert richtet, könnte das teuer werden.
Freue mich über Antwort.

Bei der Einfuhr von Software kommt es darauf an, wie die Lieferung erfolgt.
Es ist nur dann ein Fall für den Zoll, wenn ein Gegenstand körperlich über die Außengrenze der Europäischen Gemeinschaft bewegt wird. So war unter der Voraussetzung, dass die Rechnung den Wert des Datenträgers getrennt vom Wert des Programms bzw. der gespeicherten Daten auswies, der Zollwert nur auf der Grundlage des Wertes für den Datenträger, also für den CD-Rohling zu ermitteln. Der Wert der darauf gespeicherten Daten bzw. Programme war nicht in den Zollwert einzubeziehen, so dass bei der Einfuhr von Software auf einem Datenträger auch nur der Wert des Datenträgers der Einfuhrumsatzsteuer in Höhe von 19 % unterlag.
Diese Begünstigung galt nie für Datenträger, die Tonaufzeichnungen, kinematographische Bildaufzeichnungen oder Videoaufzeichnungen, z.B. Computerspiele oder Musik enthielten.
Mit der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 444/2002 der Kommission vom 11. März 2002 ist der Artikel 167 ZK-DVO, der die Bewertung von Datenträgern regelte, ersatzlos gestrichen worden.
Diese Änderung ist am 19. März 2002 in Kraft getreten. Für alle Datenträger gelten nun die normalen zollwertrechtlichen Regelungen. Infolgedessen ist bei der Ermittlung des Zoll- und EUSt-Wertes von eingeführten Datenträgern auch der Wert der gespeicherten Programme bzw. gespeicherten Daten zu berücksichtigen, so dass diese nunmehr der Einfuhrumsatzsteuer in Höhe von 19 % unterliegen."

Hallo,
Also ich habe in den USA eine CD (Biab 2010 Mega) gekauft und 199 $ für das Programm + 20 $ für den Transport mit UPS bezahlt.
Da kam nichts mehr dazu und alles lief reibungslos und schnell.
Ich kann diesen Bestellweg empfehlen,weil auch wirklich günstig gegenüber der deutschen Variante.

Ich habe das MegaPak per Standardversand ($10) gekauft und konnte gestern mein Päckchen beim Zoll abholen fahren. Die Rechnung hatte ich ein paar Tage vorher seperat per Post erhalten. Der Zoll wollte eine Rechnung sehen sowie den Paypal-Zahlungsbeleg. Dann durfte ich 19% Einfuhrsteuer zahlen und das Päckchen mitnehmen. Ich frag mich, ob ich jetzt doppelt Steuern gezahlt habe - einmal an Kanada und dann an Deutschland  Leider ist auf der Rechnung keine Mwst / VAT o.ä. ausgewiesen.
