You don't say how you added harmony to the track. Did you do it manually using notation or otherwise?
If you added it using steps 1 - 5 on the below image, then (as indicated in the section of text I've highlighted), addition is permanent. I don't know of a one-click, easy way to remove the added harmony. All I can think of is that the harmony would need to be removed note by note.
I've found it a good principle to always save my song with a slightly different name whenever I do something major. This allows me to return to the original song if needed.
