I entered a song in BIAB 2009.5. I then rendered (using the WAV icon on the toolbar). When I play the WAV file in Windows Media Player it is really noisy. Can anyone point me to improved rendering? Thanks....

I'm not going to be the one with the solution, but something unusual is going on there. A rendering shouldn't be any noisier than the original program, which is to say, not at all.
Can you give us some more information about what you did, and the system you did it on? What kind of noise did you experience?

Whoa, I just found my problem... when I clicked "Render to WAV", the Recording Control dialogue box opened. I had 2 choices, 1) Stereo Mix, or 2) Microphone. The second choice's check box, Microphone, was checked by default. When I instead selected Stereo Mix, and re-Rendered, it produced a quiet WAV file. Thanks for the quick reply.....Bill

Perhaps you had some sort of What You Hear, which got the recording, AND the microphone, which added the noise.
