Well, as far as getting there, depends where you're coming from! From your hometown to San Marcos is about 1,200 miles. For most ;people, that would be about a 22 hour drive, counting stopping for gas and peeing a time or two. For me - about 18 hours for that same trip (speed limits are a great suggestion!). When I lived in San Antonio, about 2 hours.

Seriously, the Austin, Texas area is a great place for live music. And the musicians there really are nice and helpful, for the most part. I'll look for ya on the highway!
