I REALLY think you need to mic your arm and leg and have her play a few patterns, then use it in a song. You might be surprised how organic it could sound...you may think I'm kidding. I think it would be cool!

Hear her sing, it doesn't suprise me she is very rhythmic. You can hear it in her singing. She has A LOT of control over where you places her melodies for effect. I noticed that RIGHT away.
