Sorry to disagree with you Mario; but I think that is REALLY normal for a musician. If there is ONE norm to us, THAT has got to be it.

Strange would be getting paid $3000 for a gig you drove your $500 car 60 miles with $50 of equipment. If THAT happened; I think most musicians would think you to be a story teller; or blatant liar. laugh

Now, that musicians are strange is a given. It's in our nature.
