Matt, I guess it's the CAPS (oops, I just shouted it out), that indicate in forums and chat rooms that the person is shouting either in anger or frustration. Apparently the poster thinks that PG caters too much to Jazz Muscians, and seems to be frustrated because Jazz musicians are all multi instrumentalists anyway, so why should they want or need Real Tracks as much as us poor ol' country players........ ........as far as I can tell anyway  I'm in trouble either way, because I kinda dabble in both genre's.
