Using the ACW (Audio Chord Wizard) is one way I find intuitive. Video link to how I do this is below (it was done back when ACW first came out so kind of dated but still applies). RB is better at matching Tempos in that it can get to much more exacting tempos than BiaB (getting into the thousandths of a BPM - instead of integers). http://www.masteringmatters.com/stuff/ACW_Tempo_Map_creation.avi
