Band-in-a-Box proporciona varios opciones para exportar canciones o partes individuales de ellas en formato MIDI. Las siguientes instrucciones mas el conjunto de imágenes incluidas en esta publicación te ayudaran a entender y realizar exitosamente la creación y conversión de archivos MIDI para diferentes usos y destinos. Una de las maneras de exportar MIDI es a través de las funciones de guardado en el menú Archivo/Guardar Canción como Archivo MIDI (también por medio de F6) el cuál brindara diferentes opciones para la conversión a diferentes tipos de archivos MIDI. Las siguientes instrucciones mas el conjunto de imágenes incluidas en esta publicación te ayudaran a entender y realizar exitosamente la creación y conversión de archivos MIDI para diferentes usos y destinos. OPCIONES ARCHIVO MIDI En el recuadro (F6/Opciones) se podrán configurar las opciones necesarias para la conversión a MIDI de una canción de Band-in-a-Box, cada una de estas opciones es autoexplicativa y por medio de la ayuda accederemos a la información y descripción necesaria de cada parámetro. Crear Archivo MIDI Estándar Crear Archivo MIDI Estándar genera un archivo MIDI estándar. Puede guardarlo en archivos Tipo 1 (multi-pistas) o Tipo 0 (pista única). Se soportan también los archivos MIDI de Karaoke. Para guardar un archivo MIDI como un Tipo 0, 1, o archivo de Karaoke, oprima el botón de archivo MIDI, y elija el tipo de archivo MIDI deseado. Otro método es el de "arrastrar y soltar" (drag) Crear/exportar archivo MIDI o AUDIO por medio de arrastre a un DAW o secuenciador. MIDI Se deberá seleccionar el canal del instrumento deseado con el puntero del mouse, y manteniendo la tecla SHIFT oprimida, arrastrarlo hasta la pista MIDI seleccionada en el DAW, En este caso hemos seleccionado la pista de Piano. AUDIO seleccionar el canal del instrumento deseado con el puntero del mouse, y manteniendo la tecla CONTROL (CTRL) oprimida, arrastrarlo hasta la pista de AUDIO seleccionada en el DAW NOTA: para la exportación en el DAW Cubase de Steinberg se deberá arrastrar primero la o las pistas de cada instrumento a la pista "MAESTRO" situada a la izquierda de todas las demas pistas de instrumentos. Luego de un breve proceso se procederá a arrastrar esta pista MAESTRO a Cubase.
