In your previous, previous post (2 up) you mention that that RB seems to prefer 128 rate; I would think this is related to the driver being used.
Try the same process using the WMA format, do you see/hear the same thing?
If not it likely is happening outside RB during part of the conversion process.
Otherwise, I wish I could help more, but I haven't noticed this Delay plugin issue in RB. We put delay on vocals and guitar often enough that I think one of us would have noticed if this was occurring.

That 128 versus 192 was an error on my part. If I recall correctly it's a WMA setting and has nothing to do with WAV which is the 44.1/48. Wow rharv, that's frustrating that you don't notice any disparity. I can't figure it out and it's such a subtle but critical thing.

Sorry, wish I could have helped more, just haven't noticed it here and I use it quite a bit.
Can you post examples? Maybe someone would have a better guess if they could hear it.

RB is my favorite product from them, but it may not be for you. There seems to be a reason other people use it with another DAW.
I really tried to use it as my main DAW, but it's like those little differences can turn out to be a problem. You can always drag and drop, or export the audio into another DAW.
It is still a very capable DAW, but you may need a DAW with a bit more robust audio engine. I've made some really good recordings with it, so I'm not saying it's got a bad engine, but if you learn to work with it you can compensate for the difference. Good luck and have fun!

That pretty much sums it up for me; it's a stepping stone DAW between BiaB and another DAW.
It allows BiaB functions, but it trails other full-fledged DAWs sometimes.
Having those generating functions in a DAW environment is awesome, so I see the value, but it does have it's quirks for some people.
I just try to figure out the best path to success and move on, but somehow RB is always in the workflow.
