Real Band and the Bars Window.

To me cutting/pasting is a classic DAW function and while Biab can probably be made to do it, it's very clunky because Biab is not a DAW. If there is a way to do this in Biab I don't care because RB has the Bars window and it's very easy to use. It's an X/Y grid where the X is your tracks vertically on the left and Y is the bars shown horizontally from left to right. Put your mouse on whatever track and bar you want to either copy or delete, hold down the left click button and swipe. The highlighted area is what you're modifying so to copy you hit Ctl C. To insert put the cursor on the bar you want and hit Ctl V. That section is inserted in front of that bar. It's faster than it just took me to explain it.
